In a short span of 10 years, VVS has emerged as an organisation specialising in water and sanitation sector. At the same time it is also active in health, HIV and AIDS, education and livelihood management sectors.

Wise Water Management at House Hold level with Total Sanitation Campaign supported by UNICEF and WFP.

Awareness creation in more than 300 villages on issue of fluoride and fluorosis disease.
Community managed mini safe water supply schemes in 13 villages leo% affected by fluoride and implemented an innovative approach towards fluoride mitigation.
Scientific data collection of reducing fluoride up to 40% in human body by implementing water supply scheme.
Implementation of more than 35 Wise Water Management scheme and awareness creation on WWM.
Working as a state level training agency in Ferro Cement technology (rain water collection tank) and trained more than 300 engineers of PH ED on the technology.

Maryada Abhiyan (NBA) in 20 villages with the support of Water aid India and DRDA MP.
Nirmal gram and VVWM at HH level program in model block(96 panchayat) with VVFP and UNICEF.
Total Sanitation Campaign with support from UNICEF and Dept. of Rural development M.P. on IEC, BCC and CLTS triggering approaches.
Menstrual Hygiene management (training and capacity building) project with support from UNICEF, Dept of Tribal development, Dept of Rural development
Developed a Village Environment Health and Sanitation Plan (HSP) for 5 villages with support from DFID and Loughborough University.
Achievements
Developed a innovative Nirmal village with 269 WWM system at house hold level for water availability for sanitation.
During Total Sanitation Campaign work 78 panchayats has awarded as Nirmal Gram Puraskar.
Trained 3000 PRI representative on CLTS triggering and BCC approaches.
Trained 7000 adolescent girls of 712 residential hostels in 22 districts and moo VWSC female members on the issue of Menstrual Hygiene Management.
Developed a training module of MHM, raw material inventory, low cost low weight mobile incinerator for MHM.
